Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, country, email address, phone number, the product you are interested in and your message.
There are no accounts, no logins, no payments and no file uploads on this site. If you email us directly, we process only what you chose to put in that email.
For one purpose: to answer you. To assess your sample or price enquiry, work out the right grade for your application and get back to you.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Under Turkish law the corresponding grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK apply.
We do not add addresses from this form to bulk marketing campaigns without your consent.
This site sets no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no visitor analytics. No third-party tracking code runs here, Google Analytics included.
The only thing we keep in your browser is the language you picked (pf-lang), so the site opens in the right language next time. It carries nothing that identifies you, and clearing site data in your browser removes it.
Because this storage is strictly functional, we do not show you a cookie consent banner.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Only these technical providers are involved:
Form delivery. What you send through the enquiry form reaches us as an email via Web3Forms, a form delivery service whose infrastructure sits outside Turkiye.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. When a page loads, technical connection data such as IP address and browser details is processed at infrastructure level to deliver the page and protect it against attacks.
Email. Your enquiry lands in and is stored in our corporate mailboxes.
Because some of these providers are located abroad, your data is transferred internationally. Only what the service requires is transferred.
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are kept for a maximum of two years. Correspondence that becomes a commercial relationship is kept for the applicable commercial and tax retention periods.
If you ask to be deleted from our records, we delete you unless a legal obligation requires us to keep the data.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable format.
Under Article 11 of the Turkish KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn whether it is used for its stated purpose, ask for correction or deletion, and learn which third parties it has been transferred to.
To exercise any of these, write to info@pomonasgroup.com.tr. We respond within thirty days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority, or in Turkiye to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
The site is served over HTTPS throughout. Incoming enquiries are accessible only to authorised people in the sales and export team.
No technical measure is absolute. For drawings, specifications or formulations you consider trade secrets, we suggest emailing us directly rather than using the form.
We update this policy when we need to. The version in force is always the one on this page, and the date above shows when it last changed.
