Nobody thinks about foam when they lie down on a mattress or sit on a sofa. They simply feel comfortable. For over thirty years our job has been to prepare that moment.
Who we are
Foam is not one material. It is a chain of decisions.
A 15-density packaging foam and an 80-density support layer are two ends of the same chemistry. Every step in between is a separate decision: cell structure, recovery speed, ageing behaviour, reaction to flame.
Customers rarely ask us for “foam”. They say “this seat must not sag after a year”. Our work is turning that sentence into a density and a hardness value.

Roll peeling
Continuous peeling from round block into roll foam, 3 mm to 50 mm. Thickness tolerance is monitored on the line.
Horizontal and vertical cutting
Sheets, strips and cut-to-size delivery. Furniture and mattress producers receive the foam in their own dimensions.
Lamination
Flame lamination and adhesive lamination with fabric, lining and tulle.
FR formulations
Flame retardant recipes for hotels, hospitals and other public-use environments.
Export packing
Vacuum compression reduces volume and raises the square metres carried per container.

We load in Sakarya and ship to Europe, the CIS and the Middle East.

A mattress is not one foam but a layered construction: the base that carries, the middle layer that directs, the surface that touches. Each layer gets its own density, and the real work is how the three behave together.

Upholstery and Furniture
How the seat looks after a year matters more than how soft it felt on day one. What decides that is not hardness but resistance to compression set under continuous load.

Automotive
A vehicle interior expects both comfort and dimensional stability within tight tolerances. For material at the visible surface, flame behaviour is usually a hard requirement.

Textile and Footwear
In this sector foam is measured in millimetres. At thin gauges a tolerance deviation shows up immediately along the seam; roll and laminated products are built for that precision.

For a body that stays in one position for a long time, foam is not a comfort material but a pressure-distribution material. Here the density choice relates directly to health.

In transporting fragile goods the job of foam is to absorb the impact and not give it back. Low density is often enough; the real decision is in thickness and geometry.
